Morning Exercises - The Key To Weight Loss

Morning Exercises - The Key To Weight Loss

Not known to many people, it is actually an easy task and effective way for weight loss if you choose to exercise in the mornings. It doesn't matter even if the duration is as short as ten minutes. It's important that you do it, here are reasons why you should be doing it in the mornings.

1. A healthy weight loss requires persistency, if you're persistent to wake up early, and that's a plus.

2. You're holding the key to jump start your metabolism rate if you exercise in the mornings. You have an unfair head start; metabolism gets triggered and burning calories earlier than those who are not-exercising-in-the-morning. This is a wonderful tip and do consider it!

3. Exercising in the mornings provides the opportunity to regulate proper blood circulation within your body which becomes rather stagnated due to improper sleeping positions during the nights. Once blood circulation is proper, you will feel energetic throughout the day and able to cope with jobs or stress in a much better way.

4. I am sure you will like this idea here, morning exercises can let you "focus" on the workouts, temporarily forget about the hunger you feel after waking up. A good way to control your appetite, thus end up making better food choices and you're on the right track to weight loss.

5. Humans are creatures of habits and our bodies are adapting to what we're doing. If you stick on to your exercise timings every morning, it gets integrated in your metabolic system. It becomes a habit, a norm. Your body's endocrine system and circadian rhythms adjust to your weight loss regime and it makes it a whole lot easier.

6. Before you wake up, your body prepares itself for the work out as it knows what follows. This way, it is much easier to wake up and counter the morning blues. The hormones become elevated as you sleep, thus when you wake up you already end up feeling perked up for your exercises

7. The hormones well prepare your body by regulating blood pressure,
heart beat rate etc. this makes weight loss, quick, easy and natural.

8. Many research shows that regular exercise will make your mind more alert. So wake up early and exercise instead of sleeping.

9. Just before you start work, exercise in the mornings usually have lesser interruptions and distractions, you can religiously follow your usual weight loss regime. Focusing just on workout, it will calm you down and you will feel relax. For sure you will like to exercise again because it is re-energize your mind, body and soul. It is good way to de-stress!

10. Statistics proved that people with regular exercises tend to have better sleeping quality. Your mind is having sufficient rest because it is not "dreaming" wildly during the sleep and not feeling as if you're not sleeping at all. So even if you wake up early to exercise, you won’t feel sleep deprived.

Exercising in the morning is the only weight loss tip you will ever need. Now that you know why it’s important, follow it and experience the change.

Got to be kidding ... Weight Loss with your Breakfast?

Got to be kidding ... Weight Loss with your Breakfast?

Not many people are aware that having a good breakfast is one of the few proven strategies to maintaining a long term weight loss. Researchers are supporting the idea publicly and I also agree with them for the reason why we might not believe this kind of thought is for the fact that many of us do not have time for breakfast and if they do is just a little cup of tea and ready bread from the shops and that's it. So there is no way of proving it.

People used to have snacks during tea break to "top-up" their half filled tummies for what they miss-out during breakfast, to your disappointment, your system just won't burn those calories as expected.

So, start treating breakfast seriously and make time for it, if you want to have effective weight loss. When you wake up in the morning, your body has relied on its nutrient reserves to keep you going through the night, and the morning is usually the best time to start consolidating them up again. Do not mistaken eating breakfast with eating too much especially when you are trying weight loss.

In fact, skipping breakfast is to bring your body into asking for food since you are starving. So likely you will craze for food and rush to the nearest cafeteria and buy a snack that will help you feel better. The feeling is so good that you tend to eat it even faster. Foods not properly chewed, is bad for the digestive system. Sorry, I am discouraging you again, it will also not burn well.

You feel tired and weak as the day progresses when you skipped breakfast. When this happens, you can't perform fully to your optimum unless you eat something first however little it is.

By mid-day, your blood sugar levels have gone low and likely you've strong desire to have a quick fix from a sugary snack, since you could even be feeling dizzy or like you want to faint. This is a no-no for anyone who is on a weight loss program.

I always advise people to take breakfast. Do you simply just take breakfast? And what kind of food suits you well? You have to decide yourself what's enough for the right foods for breakfast and not the other way round ... not enough of junk food. Collate few varieties and also be flexible on your breakfast options.

Creativity is key in weight loss.
Always have a good mix of high-fibre carbohydrates and protein. Perhaps, fruit 'smoothie' is good for starting your day, a dashing of some yogurt. It is quick to prepare and actually this is nothing compared to the energizing proteins the sample breakfast is packed up with. Add some nuts to get more protein which will slow down the digestion of carbohydrates. This 'trick' will make yourself feel fuller and more energetic at least till middle of your day.

Rolled oats is not a favorite for most people because they feel its taste is rather bland. It has good protein, carbohydrates and high in cholestrol-lowering soluble fibre. Try it with cocoa powder, dried fruits, or even honey. So, don't exclude it from your breakfast options!

You can loose weight without pills or dieting ...

You can loose weight without pills or dieting, here are 5 great tips:-

1. Be conscious of non-hungry-eating - Sometimes people are not aware of their eating habit, they're eating out of stress, boredom or just because of bad habit. Ask yourself the exact reasons why you're eating, this will make you more aware of the true reasons for eating.

2. Consume foods that will help you lose weight - Try having 6 small meals per day, instead of 3 BIG meals to properly regulate your appetite. Avoid fried foods, eat more fruits, vegetable and steamed foods. When preparing your meals try to get in more lean protein , fiber, healthy fats and healthy carbs like brown bread and wholemeal pasta. The key to a flatter stomach is dropping overall body fat with a healthy diet and regular intense exercise.

3. Know the truth - body weight is actually directly proportional to body fat. So Stop Weighing, Start Measuring! Get out the measuring tape, a belt or an old pair of jeans instead of the scales. The reason is scales is deceptive. Muscle is heavier than fat. You might lose fat and not lose weight if you build some muscle at the same time. If you're leaner, the tape measure might tell you so.

4. Fad Diets - Forget it - and don't be seduced by the latest fad diets used by celebs. For one thing, celebs work hard to stay super slim, - and they can afford top personal trainers and nutritionists to keep them in shape. The point here is, if you eat healthy with a variety of nutrients, and forget no one group of food (eg carbs) is bad, you're well on your way to shaping up.

5. No time for exercise - What a good excuse! There are so many short time gaps during the day that you can use them to do simple exercises like spider-man push ups, squatting, sit-ups or even with dumb bells or other handy exercise equipments.

I am sure there are more weight lost tips than just 5 listed here. These are simple ways to loose weight without pills or dieting.

Diet And Exercise

It is not the majority's thinking that dieting and
exercise are the perfect combination for consistent weight loss. Constantly bombarded by weight lost commercials, many have the concept that effective weight loss is through consuming
slimming pills or formula without any regular exercise.

Most people find lose weight very difficult because of neglecting to combine proper dieting with persistent exercise. One has to bear in mind, no matter how little you eat, there is no alternative for exercise. The true fact to achieve consistent weight loss is - you have to understand how weight loss and exercise tie in together.

Losing Weight without Exercise
some of the proclaim diet programs today state that weight loss without exercise, though some small amount of weight loss is achievable but it will not be consistent nor have any great impact. Any weight loss will not be around for long if you're not constantly exercise to build up lean muscle mass and nor will it increase the rate at which your body burns fats away.

The Impact of Exercise on Weight Loss
It is a true fact that there is a definite co-relation between weight loss and exercise, although some diet programs may tell you otherwise. We all know the concept of equation (input calories must equal to output calories), in this case, the idea of maintaining weight is at least you must burn more calories than you consume.

Our normal routine activities such as walking, doing house chores are not enough to make any impact on weight loss. It is therefore more aerobic exercises are neccessary to speed up the metabolism which burns calories in order to see faster and more consistent weight loss.

Those endurance exercises such as Gym weight lifting which burns calories at a faster rate can build muscle mass.

Choosing the Right Foods
The other aspects of weight loss is right choice of foods. Low fat proteins and simple carbohydrates are preferred. Simple carbohydrates include almost everything in the starchy category and not just sweets. Carbohydrates provide energy and you can't just skip them.

Contrary to what we were taught during instruction in food groups, there is no difference between eating a candy bar or a piece of white bread—both will turn to sugar when consumed. The difference lies in eating whole grains such as wheat bread, wheat flour, brown rice, and whole grain cereals such as oats, barley, and wheat.

Not only are whole grain starches in the low-glycemic index category, they provide the fibre that is necessary for a healthy colon.

Controlling fats intake is also a mean to limit the amount of fats entering our bodies. Consuming white lean meats instead of red meats, we're controlling the amounts of fats entering our bodies. By doing so, we not only promotes weight loss, we're taking care of our heart as well.

Be mindful of what we eat, we give our body the opportunity to undo any damage we have done with our poor eating habits and lack of exercise.

Lifestyle Changes
Make changes to lifestyles is never easy because human beings are constantly lured by temptations. A permanent and successful weight loss is possible only when best diets incorporate weight loss into lifestyle changes. No matter how well you do on your weight loss program, if you don’t change the way you eat and live, your weight loss will not be permanent.

Determination on eating healthily and persistent exercise can be learnt, not just when you are attempting to lose weight. You should dump the soft drinks and sugary fruit juices for water or natural fruit juices containing no additional sugar. That doesn’t mean you cannot have some of those sweets, but you must learn how to limit them in order to prevent gaining all the weight back that you lost.

Losing Weight By Drinking Water

Losing Weight By Drinking Water

Do you know that just by drinking water is a great way to lose weight? It is practically a risk-free way for weight-loss - for more good reasons than you can imagine.

I am going share with you ...

Our body is made up mostly of water, keeping yourself properly hydrated is the basis for healthy body. Water is so important that it helps metabolism as well as transporting toxins out of our body. As you may know long term toxins acculummating within our body has harmful effects, insufficient water intake to cleanse our kidneys resulting kidney stones.

Our digestive system gets hydrated, flushed, stimulated by water, digestion is speed up and the
removal of waste before your body converts the undigested food into fat and storing somewhere on your body, for example at belly, upper tighs, upper arms & etc.

How much water should a person drinks each day? It is commonly known that 8 glasses per day is suffice. Another guideline is - The average person should drink about one-half their body weight - in ounces - of water each day. For example, if you weigh 200-pounds, you would drink 100-ounces of water - about 3-liters. You might think that's alot, but for many people, if they aren't drinking, they're eating. People eat most of the time, they are eating because they mis-interpreted a "thirst signal" telling them they need water. You need much more water than food; but most people eat much more food than water.

When you are drinking enough water, your stomach sends a signal that you're full and you don't feel hungry as often. Hence, you're eating less, losing weight, feeling better, healthier,
and more flexible, and having more energy and vitality. As you find yourself with more energy and flexibility (hydrated cells are flexible cells...), you will find yourself wanting to become more active - adding to your overall health and fitness.

It should be obvious that, if you drink water when you're thirsty - instead of a glass full of liquid sugar and chemicals - you will quench your thirst, replenish your cells, and clean your body.

Drinking water to quench your thirst is a refreshing life-enhancing experience, not one that makes you feel "heavy" and "polluted." The more water you drink, the less soft drinks or other beverages, you'll be able to drink; and, the less you drink beverages with sugars and chemicals in them, they're losing their appeal gradually. After drinking only water for a short while, you will have the dislike feeling of the chemical effects, - the buzzing of the caffeine, or the surge and drop of sugar, the acids burning away at you, etc...

It simply feels better to drink water. And, with no side-effects, it's one of the best way to weight-loss to majority.
